Excitement is in the Air

            It’s that time of year again! We are currently going on our grantee site visits. It’s really exciting to finally meet the youth leaders who are implementing these great projects into the community. We have all been looking forward to this since the very beginning. I think these site visits are great because we, YEFABers, can see these amazing youth leaders in their own environment doing their awesome work. This year I am program officer for a project called Territorial Violence in the Western Addition which aims to raise awareness of the territorial violence in the Western Addition and to also prevent such violence from occurring among the generations to come. My site visit will occur on November 13, and I am really excited to meet the youth leaders because I love what they are trying to do.
